The court has decided that Marian Kočner is not guilty of ordering the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak. In his dissenting opinion, judge Pikna claimed that the gathered complementary evidence excludes the possibility of any other conclusion than that Marian Kočner committed the offense.
